Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by Lisa Camacho. From that moment we were not hassled, but welcomed, and when we required assistance it was provided with judgment. In fact, Lisa took it one step further, where she went along with our toddler son as he entered the drivers seat of every vehicle while my wife and I perused the one vehicle we had inquired about. She was phenomenal in making our son super happy and she never complained about the fact that he literally demanded entering every car in the dealership. The purchase was super easy, no haggling, no deception, no gimmicks. Just perfect. If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle head over to the dealership and request Lisa. You will not be disappointed.

I am always on the road and get serviced at different locations yet the Mississauga Mavis Mercedes-Benz is by far the most exceptional service one could ask for. One of the best service centres I've ever dealt with in my life. I toke the car to check my engine light ... The issue was fixed along with other issues completely free of charge. Furthermore, i was very impressed by how Chris Ryan went above and beyond to comunicate the car issues and in providing an outstanding customer service.

This has been my first dealing with Mercedes. When starting my search for a new car I was recommended to go see Scott McCormick at Mercedes Mississauga as he would take care of me. That was an understatement. Being in a Sales role myself I have interacted with a lot of Sales people. None has every treated me and looked after my best interests as Scott has.

His level of professionalism, knowledge and kindness is unsurpassed. From the first interaction he treated me not as a customer but more like a friend. It was easy to do business with Scott as he didn't make it feel like business. It was the most natural, easy and fun car buying experienced I have ever had.

His ability to be light hearted and humorous made it so easy to deal with him from start to finish.

The supporting team at Mercedes Mississauga has also been wonderful to deal with. All of them have been kind and always smiling when you interact with them.
