I spoke with a lady named Andrea who was very knowledgeable about the repairs that my car needed. She was able to explain things to me in a simple to understand manner, and I was immediately comfortable with leaving my car there. Andrea was accommodating and she made sure my car was ready at the promised time. I had reservations about paying dealership prices, but after talking with her, it was obvious that she is very experienced and she was able to answer all the questions I had. I'm fussy with my car and I think I just found my new service location!
