(January 22, 2021, 8:07 pm)I am very pleased with the service provided by Rod and his partner at Air Flow Heating and Cooling Co. I decided I was done with renting a hot water heater....waste of money and always difficult to deal with the rental companies. I purchased a new, high efficiency water tank and HVAC unit from them. I called many companies in the GTA as I am a person who researches everything before I buy. Rod was forthcoming, gave advice based on my needs, no pressure to buy and he was knowledgeable about products. (Many places I called had sales people who do not know the product). Air Flow's Heating and Cooling Co's prices were good. Rod was patient with my numerous calls and questions. In the end, so glad I went with Air Flow. Very professional on all levels. On time, respectful, and taking the time to do the job well and explain our unit after installation. I would highly recommend them. I will be calling them again for more services in the future.

I did an online enquiry at 10pm on a Friday night and by 6am on Saturday morning he responded to my enquiry by both email and text. He called me and over the phone assisted me to diagnose the issue with my furnace. He came to my house at an arranged time and was on time to perform the repairs. He was prepared and completed the job very quickly. His honesty and decency is much appreciated. I will definitely be recommending Rod to my family and friends. Thanks Rod for the amazing service!

(December 17, 2020, 10:19 pm)I called Rod to install Aprilaire 700 humidifier. He came and installed it without bothering me. I felt later there was a water issue but seems like that was the humidifier behavior. There was a small leak that Rod returned within few hours to fix. I like that Rod is available for questions and responds quickly to any issues or problems. Will recommend and use again.
