The next biggest reason was customer service. There was a small mishap with my order and Jean went above and beyond a resolution and it was so nice to get the personal attention that you just don't get with grocery stores.

All the meat is tasty but we love the steaks, bacon and shrimp the most. Flexible subscription- we can push the date or skip an order as needed. Highly recommend.

(January 15, 2021, 1:13 pm)We love Butcher Box! We started at the beginning of the first lockdown in Ontario - and have continued monthly with their reliable & delicious service! The strip loin steaks are melt in your mouth, the ground beef makes the best burgers ever - and even the stewing beef is delicious! We also love the sausage! We’re so glad that we tried this service’ We place our order once every four weeks and the order and timing can be adjusted easily with the self managing site. Delivery is perfect - on time - arrives when it is supposed to and they communicate easily through text and email. Thanks Butcher Box! We’ll be staying with you! One of the gifts of the pandemic!

The process itself, picking our meats, size of the selected boxes, the simplicity of ordering, pausing the subscription etc. The quick delivery, the packaging. The meat itself is delicious and fantastic quality. They even added a little recipe card for stew to go with the stewing beef we had ordered (we made it and it was fabulous)! We will be a repeat customer for life at this rate! Thank you so much for providing our family with the convenience of great meat!

(December 28, 2020, 9:08 pm)LOVE BUTCHER BOX! The grass fed rib eyes steaks are the perfect size and simply delicious. A cast iron skillet and salt and pepper is all you need because the flavour of the meat is fantastic. The scallops and tuna steaks are also excellent. I really enjoy the beef broth. I simply heat it up and drink it. The packaging is also great.
I like convenience of getting meat and seafood from the same place rather driving around to different locations.
