(August 31, 2020, 12:07 pm)Came in with an defective item. Absolutely no argument over warranty or anything. Only thing the staff wanted to know was did i want my money back or a replacement item. You gotta love Princess Auto for customer satisfaction.

(August 18, 2020, 9:13 pm)this is for the online store order, not sure how to give that a rating. In store is fine, but ordered a 2 gallon sprayer and didn't receive a wand with it. After a month and numerous calls to Princess Auto, no wand is received. Ridiculous and non existant customer service. Nearly 2 months later I have a useless gallon sprayer that I can't even use. Should have gone to CT or HD
The store itself was able to help me so I'm only giving it 3 stars -

(June 21, 2020, 5:20 pm)Friendly and helpful staff, find most items I've bought are good value and ok for a home owner. Only real issue Ive had is with the Pro Point shovels. They are not full fiberglass, heavy and I've broken a couple. For low clearance vehicles, be careful pulling into parking area. Its better now but still a big hump going over the sidewalk.

Pass by and be sure to check out their once in a while mega smasher sales! Excellent service and warranty, and a return policy second to none! Good bye "Canadian tired" !
