They are still very satisfied with the quality of the Sauna they purchased. We purchased our Sauna in April and also had a very good experience. Because we purchased during the COVID pandemic, we relied on emails and phone calls to help us make our selection. We asked a lot of questions and Anna-Maria was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and she definitely helped us make the right choice for our home. Thank you Anna-Maria!!!

(April 29, 2020, 2:11 pm)When we moved to our new home we knew that Saunacore was the only brand of steam room heaters that would not only meet our needs, but are backed up by a superior customer service team. We recently spoke with Anna-Maria to order our new steam unit and we had a very tight schedule to get the unit given our contractor was on site. Anna-Maria volunteered to stay late to process the order so that we could receive the next day, which we did. Once again Saunacore exceeded our expectations!!!

I can't be any happier with our Sauna, From the craftsmanship, quality of the Cedar, the top quality heaters, the lighting, controls everything is perfect. I also want to thank Anna for such amazing customer service and for ensuring everything was done as I requested, the delivery was faster than expected which was awesome and the fact i was able to custom made a few things was a plus! If you are looking for a top quality Sauna, Saunacore is the way to go!
