Entire process was very easy, smooth, and quick. Cathy communicated everything I needed over the phone prior to coming in, so there were no surprises when I came in. Wonderful to work with the staff at this location, thanks again for your help today.

Nyaila at the Welland location on Thorold is amazing :) she's patient, soft spoken, kind and anyone who understands my sense of humor and laughs at my quick comments is great in my book!!! In all seriousness tho, I'd def go back if she was working! Keep up the great work Nyaila :)
