Shelley is wonderful! She took the time to show me different products, and explain the differences between them all! If she didn't have an answer, she was happy to either find one, or recommend an employee that specifically deals with that area/dept. Of the store.
pleasant front staff, they seem to question their own stock and availability. The day i visited there was 6 staff on the front end but I was told I to "wait for Steve he might be out or on lunch" Minutes later Steve bolted through the door. Again questioned his stock and availability and he sorted that out just as the staff who already did the same before she called him. Device was to be delivered next day, on third day I called Steve bc device had not arrived yet. Steve was not aware lift was NOT delivered. Steve is perpetually overwhelmed and has "shoot from the hip solutions" in the heat of the moment. Would be a good idea for the 6 staff discussing personal events to share Steve's work load.
