(April 26, 2019, 9:28 pm)When my husband installed my new Bosch dishwasher it showed an error code. Apparently it is Bosch's policy that they look after any problems covered by warranty and do not even allow the stores to assume the responsibility. I contacted them who arranged for someone from LIncoln Appliances to service the machine. Turns out the circuit board was nonfunctional, so Jamie, from Lincoln Appliances took the new dishwasher to their shop to to order the necessary component(s). I visited Nickerson's and talked to the owner, explained that years ago I had a similar problem with a fridge and so the present owner's father, rather than repairing the fridge, gave me a new one. I said that I felt that I was now getting a refurbished dishwasher for which I had paid full price. Junior said his father had raised him to be like him, and so he not only replaced the faulty dishwasher with a new one, he had it delivered to the house free of charge. (We didn't have the original one delivered). You wouldn't get service like that from a big box store!
By the way, in a few weeks there will be a new Bosch dishwasher for sale as a used one at a reduced price at Nickerson's. -

(October 22, 2018, 11:27 pm)My dad bought his fridge here 8.5 years ago. When it died he went to buy a new fridge. During his conversations the sales person identified the issue as a warranty coverage and essentially gave up a 3500 sale. Incredible service and a great sales staff. Highly recommend.

(July 31, 2018, 1:46 am)Staff here are fantastic and really know their stuff. Prices are in line with most stores but their parts department is above the rest when it comes to pricing. Parking is limited and not the biggest store, but a huge selection to choose from
