(December 5, 2022, 5:22 pm)When we visited the new La-Z-Boy store is St. Catharines on Nov 25th we were impressed with the showroom. We were able to browse through the store at our own speed without being approached or assisted by a sales representative. We had some questions and approached a salesman named Jesse who was knowledgeable, friendly and above all very patient with us. We don't shop for furniture very often and we needed all the assistance that Jesse was willing to give. Within an hour and a half we made our selections and after adding more items we finally furnished our whole living room. They also offer on-site services of an interior designer. If you are shopping for quality furniture I would strongly recommend that you visit the St. Catharines La-Z-Buy Store. We are very satisfied customers!

(December 3, 2022, 5:04 pm)Good in-store experience until it was determined that the couch would not fit through our door. When talking to administrators to receive refund we were told we have to return to the store. Their policy says they will not refund over the phone via the same credit card it was purchased with. Ridiculous!!

(November 25, 2022, 7:30 pm)We went to 4 furniture stores looking for a sectional, Lazy Boy being one of them. By far, Jesse in the St. Catharines store had the best customer service. He patiently took us through the store searching for one that met our needs, chose fabric, tested out different cushion types, etc. We went to 2 more stores afterwards, one of which was the most disappointing whereas there were many sales associates on the floor but too busy on their cell phones or chatting amongst themselves to ask us if we needed help or at the very least, even welcomed us as we entered their front door. Needless to say, we were more than happy to give Jesse at Lazy Boy our business. Keep up the great customer service!!
