(August 18, 2020, 5:31 pm)I have been insured through Allstate for my house and car for a very long time. Unfortunately, when moving out of province I found they did not cover the location I was going to.
Everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful. A special thanks goes to Andrea Fernandez Perez. Moving across country during COVID 19 created many roadblocks. Andrea provided great advice and sent information that I didn’t have at my fingertips. If the agent you had to deal with during a stressful situation was as patient, professional and helpful as Andrea has been, you would be sad to have to leave that company too. Thank you Andrea. -
