He mentioned discounts I was privileged to, saving me money. He spoke to me via phone and email with very pleasant tones. He made switching my insurance an easy process, something that's very valuable to me. He wasn't a pushy sales man, he understood what it is like to be a consumer. Highly recommend him.

(February 6, 2020, 8:57 pm)The insurance world can be hard to navigate for the average person (me). My past experience of driving insurance could be grouped into 2 simple statements; increased rates, fear of the unknown (claims/underwriting).
Last year I switched over my insurance to Allstate. Graham's customer service is second to none. Graham not only saved me over $700 but made my transition stress free and fast. Who doesn't love savings?
Graham's ability to turn insurance gibberish into an understanding on all levels had me feeling at ease. He insists to keep in contact for any questions or help I need. He made me feel like a person, not just another transaction number.
His follow up phone calls throughout the year, just to say hi and make sure my life is well has not gone unnoticed. Graham has gone beyond the transaction. His striking charm and customer care is taken to heart.
