(August 5, 2020, 1:02 am)I always feel like a new person after The Stretch Mumma works her magic. As a competitive bodybuilder I lift weights pretty much everyday and that takes a toll day after day. I have used and still use various other methods of recovery but I can say without a doubt that my mobility and movement is always greatly improved the minute I'm off Buffy's table. If you haven't experienced FST, you're missing out.
