(January 30, 2022, 12:57 pm)Went in late in the day, everyone was pleasant and helpful. I know that shouldn’t be a big deal but it’s rare these days and it made the experience enjoyable. We ended up buying a chair. They have some nice stuff , check it out.

Suzanne, the store manager took the time to go through living room furniture, to assisting in the color esthetic and all. It's so rare to find associates that truly exceed expectations and she did that to a tee. I will go back to this store a hundred times over. Thank you!!

(November 15, 2021, 10:48 pm)I was shopping for a lamp and found one I absolutely love. The woman who helped was wonderful, with a fantastic sense of humour. I have to say the only thing I was a little surprised about was that the light bulb was removed from the lamp by a second staff member. I have been very pleased with everything I have purchased from Urban Barn. Thank you!
