She immediately went to bat for us and had the situation resolved in just a few days. We purchased another sofa and are very happy with the product. I highly recommend Critelli Modern and applaud their ongoing customer service…a company who cares!! They will always do their very best to ensure their clients are happy. Thank you Mizette!

She was extremely knowledgable and helpful, and went out of her way to assist us in many ways. We're so happy with our purchases and can't wait to return in the future!
