(July 16, 2020, 1:57 am)I called Old Town to repair some wind blown soffit on a second floor roof last winter. Matt, without hesitation, said no problem and had the pieces replaced within a few days. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Old Town Maintenance for any home repair needs in the future!

I have been working with Matt for about 5 months, and suffice it to say, I cannot run my Bed and Breakfast without his expertise in resolving anything from a broken Gazebo to replacing my solarium.
He has fixed my broken Gazebo, a problem with my AC, figured out my sprinkler system and lawn lighting, will be working on replacing my solarium, the list goes on. And he shows me what he is doing so that I can learn as well.
Matt is a quintessential consultant who does not impose any solutions but works with you to derive the best solution. The care and thoroughness with which he does a job shows that he is not doing a job, but following his calling. And he arrives to help me the day I call him - Could there be anything better than this?
But his forte really is his honesty, which is a rare trait especially in this day and age. For example, when my Gazebo broke, I received quotes for very significant amounts. Matt methodically worked out a solution which was not only extremely effective, but was implemented in a very short amount of time at a fraction of price! This has not been an only instance, it is the way Matt works.
Matt is my trusted advisor, a master planner and a Wizard!
I truly wish him continued success in his professional and personal life.
