(July 19, 2020, 1:23 am)We can't speak more highly of Uncork Niagara and Bebe's customer service. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Niagara's wineries are not offering wine tours. This did not stop Bebe from providing our small group with a wonderful experience. From answering our questions, to providing us with information about the various wineries, and even calling the areas we were schedule to visit ahead of time. She thought of everything! We were greeted at the entrance and she walked us through what our afternoon would look like. Each of the venues we visited were quick to let us enter and taste the delicious wines! The wineries were excellent at maintaining social distancing and hygiene measures. We especially appreciated the chocolate stop at Niagara's largest chocolate factory and the treat bag we were given! We are thankful for Bebe's quick follow up and organization. She is a gem and really went above and beyond to ensure our group had the most wonderful time!
