Its a simple no frills room with a fantastic location just far enough to be quiet at night away from the main strip, but close enough to walk there in 5 mins. Beds were comfy, room was clean, check in fast and simple and for the price we were satified.

(March 15, 2019, 4:56 pm)Owners are very nice people. Rooms are clean. Walking distance from the post factory where you can smell the oats cooking all day long. Also near the sand museum and walking distance from all amenities.

(January 1, 2019, 6:54 pm)Good value for the price. Get what you pay for. Comfortable beds... Room is not very clean. A bit noisy.. Walls are paper thin. But it's a cheap place to stay in the Falls. Great location.. Free parking right outside your door. Very convenient. Walk to the falls and Clifton hill.
