Good for the price. Looks a bit old from the outside. But rooms are really good. Will stay again

The room was really nice and clean, super modern and stylish in the room. It was also quite cozy and it was nice to have control of the temperature.

The price was really cheap and the service was great. Particularly the owner, he was always very warm and friendly and always had a smile on his face!

The location was also great for the price. Much cheaper than the hotels by the Falls and Clifton Hill and only about 10-15 of walking away to get to everything.

Affordable and clean. I like how the two beds are in separated rooms. They allowed us to store our bikes in another room. I would stay here again. Good customer service. Only issue maybe a stray flies but that's understandable since the door leads outside.

Good location, only 10 minutes walk to the Falls (and BTW, the view from Canada side is much better than from USA side!)
I requested non-smoking room, and it was clean, with fresh linen. A/C was cold, shower has good pressure. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
The only flaw is no breakfast and the door could use some oil.

Really enjoyed my stay. We got bounced around when we got to Niagara falls because the hotel we originally booked was overbooked. We were accommodated at CJS inn with no booking and no notice. Just showed up and asked if they had a room. Which they gratefully did. The room was amazing. Beautiful wood floors, comfy beds, fridge, micro and coffee machine in room. Fully stocked. Room was spotless! Air conditioning was great! Very quiet area. Staff were awesome! Very affordable. Only bad thing was the pool was out of cahoots but we weren't really looking for a pool. So close to Clifton Hill. Maybe a 5 minute walk. Really happy with my stay here. Would definitely book again!
