Robert brings his knowledge and expertise in the health and fitness space to each and every session. He pays great attention to detail and form to make sure you’re doing exercises correctly which I really appreciate. It prompts me to be mindful of my form because I know he will correct it if I don’t! I am very grateful for Robert’s time, knowledge, and guidance :)
