I attended a general wellness workshop at Nancy’s Beamer Falls Manor and it was perfect.

Nancy has an energy about her that makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. We did a guided group meditation that was super powerful and left me feeling clear headed and self-aware.

We also did a great yoga session in a beautiful room of the manor. The space had high ceilings and lots of windows so it was a great place to practise, and Nancy’s was a great guide.

We did a ceremony of sorts for a friend who had just achieved a life milestone, all under the most magical willow tree on the property. That was special.

And lastly, we did a great hike through the woods behind the property that was well marked, had a great viewpoint, and left me feeling like I had had a true escape from the city.

The retreats take place at Beamer Falls Manor and it is absolutely breathtaking here. Nancy is amazing to learn from. Her experience as a physiotherapist and yoga teacher make her an excellent life coach !

Highly recommend!! I attended Nancy's balance workshop. Start to finish it was really well done. Nancy's unique ability to tap into peoples' needs and energy during the workshop made it seem she was talking to myself the whole time -- even though the room was packed.

Beamer Manor, the location of the workshop is spectacular. The beautiful natural environment on top of the Niagara Escarpment is a gem. Definately worth the drive.

I look forward to enhancing my balance workshop experience by working one on one with Nancy.

I took a balance workshop here and it was fantastic. She was well prepared, the property and space is beautiful and Nancy genuinely caress about helping people. I learned a lot about how to create balance in my life. I would recommend her retreats to anyone!
