I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer care provided by Customer Concierge Melissa Ward. On Thursday March 25, I left a message on Phelps answering service regarding my ongoing, and often frustrating search for an official survey of my property. On Friday March 26, Melissa returned my call to gather additional information. On Monday, I received an email from Melissa with the survey attached. Not content to stop there, Melissa followed up with me to ensure that my requirements were met, and she proactively followed up on additional questions I had.
The great service I received from Melissa made me feel that Phelps care about developing a long-term relationship with their clients that means more than just making a sale. As well, my incredibly positive interaction with Melissa elevated my entire customer care journey, leaving a lasting impression that will resonate for a long time…. Many Thanks Melissa!

I purchased a new build home in 2019 for the Merriton Commons 2 neighbourhood. So far I have picked my new finishes with designer Jodi and Customer Concierge Melissa. As someone who is not artistically inclined, I relied heavily on Jodi's expertise. She was great at recommending colour choices, and tile patterns. Melissa has been great at personally keeping me informed on my house's progress. There has been a slight COVID-19 delay on closing, but at least the site is progressing nicely.

Phelps Homes has also been able to accommodate all my interior layout modifications, which is an added bonus, to really make this house personalized, custom, and my own.

So far Phelps Homes, Jodi, and Melissa have been super attentive to all my emails and last minute changes and usually respond to emails within the hour! That is a rarity these days.

Looking forward to moving in and will update my review upon my closing! So far so good.

From the moment I went into the Phelps towns in Grimsby I was amazed by the layout and the features for a townhouse. They really hit it bang on with the design and layout of these towns. Gord Gerrie was the most knowledgeable sales person I've ever had giving us the walkthrough and overview of the house. Really enjoyed getting a tour by someone so knowledgeable about construction and about the houses. Matt from Phelps has been really great to deal with. Very helpful and very responsive. The closing date was adjusted because of COVID; but now they seem to be ahead of the new closing date. Near completion and I had a look and was really impressed by everything I saw. Looking forward and excited about moving in. These really are unique and fantastic townhouses. I would highly recommend a Phelps home. Dany
