After many times of communication, exchanges and house inspections, we finally decided on the most perfect house in our mind. During this process, Rose provided us with meticulous services, including analyzing the structure of each house, guiding the details of house inspections, and recommending locations, etc. In addition, Rose helped us contact mortgage brokers, home inspectors, real estate lawyers, etc., which saved us a lot of extra pressure. In addition, Rose also explained to us the possible expenses after purchase, and the matters we need to pay attention to, such as decoration, roof maintenance, front and rear yard tidying, etc. Rose is the best real estate agent we have met. She is familiar with the Niagara area, has unique insights into real estate and very professional knowledge, is very serious and responsible for her work, considers things from the buyer's point of view, and is warm-hearted . She understands the market and neighbourhoods very well. I have worked with many realtors. She is the most “easy to work with “ one and always puts my interest at the first. With her knowledge, strategies and professionalism, I found my best property within my budget. I am located outside of Niagara region. I came to see the showings on some of the weekends. She always makes sure my time counts. the traveling is worthy of my time. Now she helped me find A+ tenants. I was far away and she coordinated the photo shooting with the photographer, arranged showings with potential tenants and done a good due diligence. She took care of it like her own. She went above and beyond. It exceeded my expectation. It was really lucky to have worked with a realtor like her.
