Her effort is unmatched and she brings great energy and determination to find a lovely place to live for her clients. She went out of her way to help us meet our wants and needs when it comes to a place to live. She sent us multiple options to go visit daily to make sure we didn’t miss an opportunity to find our next home. Even after moving in, she still checks in to make sure everything is up to our standards and we appreciate everything she has done for us. A quick call was made to arrange a meeting and a brief conversation was had, discussing what we hoped to accomplish. After meeting in person, hearing Julie’s enthusiasm for local real estate and her professional and detailed approach to delivering insight and advice, we knew we were well on our way. We have a very busy family with various busy schedules and Julie was instrumental in helping ensure that the incredible amount of interest and viewings she generated for our property stayed on the rails. Through numerous offers and quite a few late nights Julie consistently showed us just how important it is to have someone you trust at the wheel. Our thoughts, best interests and future goals were always top of mind, every step of the way. We were fortunate enough to successfully close a deal in a very short amount of time and I have no doubt that it is by and large a direct result of Julie’s dedication, honesty and passion for what she does that helped swing a fickle market in our favour.
