(March 6, 2023, 3:46 pm)Wow! What a great company, I’m an out of province visitor and I forgot the power cord for my CPAP. I called this morning and spoke with Tracey and gave her my story, she advised me they had some power cords from older machines that were available so that was great. I just dropped in to grab it when Tracey handed me the cord she told me she had tested it and it worked fine. When I asked what the price was she said just a smile! In this day and age who does that. I will likely never buy anything from them of course but that didn’t matter to them. Just a great experience and great service.

It was a quick and easy process, including dealing with my insurance to make sure I can maximize my benefits. Robin is amazing. She has a lot of knowledge when it comes to using the supplies and she does her due diligence to follow up and make sure my experience is as best as it can be.
I would definitely recommend Ontario Sleep Care CPAP Niagara to anyone looking to get more information on CPAP therapy and purchasing their supplies. They are not only a store but they take the time to make sure you have the right stuff for your needs.
