I don't have experience with his office staff, so can only speak to how wonderful Dr. Subramanian is. He performed my appendectomy on Friday. He has an excellent bedside manner, and genuine sympathy for his patients. I had to have a drainage tube removed yesterday, and it hurt something awful to come out, so he just gave it a quick tug, apologized profusely, told me to swear and squeeze his hand, and told me the story of where he learned that "trick" to distract me from the pain. After a minute I was laughing and thanking him. Such a kind doctor, they're rare these days. You're in good hands with this one. Thank you so much, Doctor!
On Nov 4/20 I had a top and bottom scoping procedure with Dr Subramanian and his team at Niagara General Hospital... Never had any hospital procedures before and at 72 I was full of anxiety.... Well they made it a super visit in spite of everything. All very professional, cheerful and efficient. My thanks to all....
Went to 4 doctors before being referred to Dr Sub. He ordered an ultra sound and diagnosed me with a gall stone. The other 4 doctors sent me home. Within 3 weeks he took my gallbladder out and fixed my umbilical hernia. Great doctor, very caring and keeps things simple. He did a fantastic job of explaining the surgery, my recovery and doing the surgery. I highly recommend him and if needed I will return to him for future care. Thanks Dr Sub!!
Dr. Subramanian has been fantastic. Surgery went remarkably well. He has been wonderful Pre-OP, at the hospital and during post-OP. His staff have been fabulous and helpful anytime I have interacted with them and Cassia has been very helpful with instructions and has always greeted me with an authentic smile.
I would highly recommend Dr. Subramanian. He is a very caring Dr. and explained and re-explained my surgery and what to expect. He explained the procedure in terms I could understand and made it clear any questions I had were important and that I could call his office at anytime. The girls in his office were also very friendly and helpful. He personally called me with my pathology reports and said he was forwarding my file to The Walker Cancer clinic and within 2 days I heard from them so he did it immediately. His friendly smile went a long way on day of surgery to help keep me calm.
