Buying and selling a home being one of the most stressful periods of life, Lisa and Rebecca made it so much easier to go through with their 100% attention to detail, impressive responsiveness to our many, many questions and marketing of our property that was out of this world! From the impressive video, to professional signage strategically placed all over the neighbourhood to a stunning glossy magazine featuring beautiful photos of our home, it was no wonder my husband and I were rendered speechless when we received 8 offers after only one week on the market! One of those offers being $111K over asking! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect outcome to a very seamless process., thanks to Oak & Co Real Estate team. I would like to share my recent experience working with Lisa and Rebecca from the Oak & Co. Real Estate Team. We just recently sold our house for $111,000 over asking price in just 1 week. We received the best service you could ask for from the beginning to the end , they go above and beyond what you would expect to get from a real estate agent. They are very professional , thorough, and detail orientated.They are very responsive and are there for you whenever needed, no waiting for long call backs with these two. I have sold a few properties in my life and have had dealings with many different agents and I can tell you that what separates them from the rest is their marketing, they get you exposure on all social media platforms available and continuously continue working until your house is sold. I truly believe its the marketing that makes the difference. If you want the best service and want to get the best price for your home I highly recommend going with Oak & Co. You wont regret it. -
