He was really very helpful and understanding. Since we are new to Canada he provided us with detailed reviews regarding the areas and also ensured that the search was near to groceries and schools. He guided us regarding other procedures as well as a new immigrant.

As a first-time home buyer with an extremely limited budget, he was able to find me my dream condo, and negotiate a final price that fit my budget. Before meeting him, I was so scared that I'd never be able to find a place since the real estate market has been crazy for the past two years. We were able to secure a really nice condo unit on our second try and I can't thank him enough for that.
