(July 1, 2020, 12:48 pm)I had done quite a bit research and had talked to a few builders before making the decision to go with Versacorp for my new house. I had basically one criterion at the time, someone who has the experience required and I can trust on. Now my project is completed and rather than write up a lengthy review, I will just point out a few things which gave me the most impression throughout the 8 month journey. First, Tyler is accessible literally 24/7. Called him early in the morning, late in the evening, during weekends and holidays, he always took time to address my questions. Second, straightforward, transparent and honest. This to me is key and Tyler is exactly that kind of builder, I never had the feeling of someone playing games somewhere, project is within budget overall, and pretty much on every single item. Third, attention to details and superior craftsmanship. Finishing something on time and within budget is one thing, but doing it both on time within budget and with top quality is at another level. This certainly differentiates Tyler and his crew from the rest.
I don’t think I need to say more to give a 5 star here. -

(July 6, 2019, 1:44 am)Tyler was Godsent, period. Before we embarked on building our home, we had heard several horror stories from close friends whose experiences were nothing short of nightmarish. We asked God for a good builder and Tyler came along. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable, he is extremely humble, courteous and respectful. Building homes is not a business for Tyler, his business is cultivating relationships. We saw this from his former clients whom we met and the relationship he has with all the trades. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose Tyler.

(December 8, 2018, 3:56 am)With VersaCorp homes, we’ve had nothing but a positive experience. Tyler always made sure to carefully explain everything to us, walk us through our choices, and support us – not just during working hours but whenever we needed him. On top of that, the quality of work is incredible. It wasn’t uncommon to hear trades say “For Tyler, it has to be perfect” and it shows. We were also so happy to have our house completed within 8 months, as promised – others had told us there was no way we could do it in such a tight timeframe. Tyler knew it was important to us and made it happen.
We’ve been in our home for almost 4 months now. At this point, other builders might have disappeared but Tyler is still so accessible. He cares about his work and our happiness with it well beyond the finish date. We can’t say enough great things about VersaCorp, they really make your house your home.
