Monica and the team from Thistlecreek are amazing. Caring and compassionate the PSW's were a godsend for our family. Caring for my Mom with Alzheimer's through the evening, she is a wanderer, gave us all piece of mind that she would be safe and not disruptive to other residents in the care home. Highly recommend Thistlecreek. Will certainly use them in the future if the need arises.

I have been an employee of thistlecreek for about 16 years. Monica became our new boss afew month's ago. I cannot say enough good things about her, she listens to our problems, accommodates us with our schedules, is passionate and truly works with her heart, is supportive, caring and works very hard to make sure that the clients needs are not only met but surpassed and makes sure that they are paired with the right care-giver. The staff is lovely, professional and very passionate about providing good quality care for seniors. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for extra help looking after their elderly parents whether it’s for an hour to bring them to an appointment, help with groceries or longer In-Home care to help with light household duties.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Thistlecreek. I have a PSW by the name of Lummy who has been taking care of my 95 year old Mom who has Dementia since mid November. She is an angel sent from heaven and I don’t know what we would do without her. I have also had other people from the agency at such times that Lummy cannot make it and they were also very caring people. Going by the experience I have had so far, I would highly recommend this centre. For me definitely 5 ⭐️
