We’ve been using it a few times a week and it’s been perfect so far. Any questions I’ve had about keeping the water balanced they’ve been able to answer quickly. Highly recommended.

(August 27, 2019, 10:18 pm)Amazing experience!! We bought our Hot Tub from Zana. He and Peter were fantastic; they guided us through the process, listened to our needs and were very helpful. We've had our hot tub for a couple of months now and we've been enjoying it to the max! I've placed a couple of phone calls to Peter to guide me through the chemicals and he's been amazing. Overall, great inventory, amazing service from Zana and Peter! I highly recommend Factory Hot Tubs & Swim Spas!

(October 21, 2018, 11:05 pm)Bought a Hot tub from Zana 2 years ago. Gave him a call today because I had an issue with the hot tub. He answered the phone after hours and helped me fixed the issue! I would definitely buy another hot tub through him!!
