  My spouse and I had a fantastic experience at the salt cave/room. The facility was very clean. Natalia was very knowledgeable and took her time to explain how the cave/room works. She has also shared many fascinating facts about human nature which have changed our outlook. It's worth the drive if you live in Toronto!

  The service i received here, I cannot put into words. The detail from the wall bricked with clear quartz, from the layers of the wall in the Salt Cave is amazing. It's so good to walk into a business that takes the intention of the client so seriously. Which is to obtain peace of mind. I came into the Salt Cave yesterday very tense and had my own personal issues that wouldn't allow me to relax just yet. I came today for the Anti-Gravity meditation session and Natalia went the extra mile to keep in my mind what I shared from my first session and addressed my inability to relax my brain by explaining what is going on in my body on a subconscious and physical level. With my new understanding & advice, + the help of the anti-gravity hammock allowed myself to have peace at last. I recommend everybody to explore the different services this spa has to offer. I'm already gifting these experiences to my loved ones because they deserve it and I know that Natalia will take good care of them.

  I did not have high expectations, my girl friend talked me into it last minute. Wow blown away by Natalia and her calming/Positive Energy was so refreshing. Salt cave experience was Perfect, thank you for making my 2 year old so happy and comfortable! We will be back soon! Lots of time and work went into designing and building this beautiful little place!

  WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I highly recommend this place. It's clean, beautiful and welcoming. There is free parking. Natalia is so welcoming and knows her stuff! I've used the infrared sauna several times. Feel great afterward! So happy I found this place!
