1- I can be at a gym for 3 hours and not break a sweat but think I actually worked out.
2- I got tired of waiting at machines while people were texting in between reps.
After my tryout week at Greco I realized how out of "functional shape" I was.
I can't recommend them enough. The staff is fantastic, the facilities are pristine and the members are super friendly also -
