Anand and Shalin are both extremely courteous, warm and accommodating - and always up for a nice chat! Their services are always quick, well done and at very reasonable prices. These reasons justify me travelling a little farther to go back and seek their services after having moved from Oakville. They are also French speakers, et ça fait toujours plaisir! I strongly recommend this place. Thank you for your amazing work!

(September 2, 2020, 8:30 pm)I had a tire blowout and was in need of a new tire and had to be towed to a shop. This was later on a Saturday afternoon. I called Shalin who waited around for an hour after the scheduled closing of the office for the car to arrive. Amazing customer service! I would have been stuck for the rest of the weekend. He also arranged the car to be parked inside so it was secure. I was so happy to find a shop that was able to accommodate on such short notice I would highly recommend Active G&R to anyone. Shalin was very polite and understanding to a potentially stranded customer. He also provided a reasonable replacement set of tires. Thanks again!

They made getting things done quick and easy without breaking the bank. Very impressed with the level of service and professionalism. If you're looking to have your vehicle serviced I highly recommend you give these guys a shout! Thank-you again gentlemen and I'll definitely be seeing you again in the future!
