(May 8, 2019, 3:40 pm)Restored my faith in Canadian companies. Went to Shopsmith site in USA. They don’t sell cross border and sent me here. The lady yup , a real lady , that took my order was both polite and knowledgeable. Knew the parts I described as my part numbers didn’t jive with new ones. Owning a small Upholstery shop in Victoria BC for 22 years , ordering across country in my trade can be painful . Not with these people. Being nervous I emailed twice to make sure of order and replies were immediate and politely with tracking info. Wow. Parts were CORRECT, shipping was Fast and price was fair with our dollar. I check Shopsmith web site. Very happy and would easily and comfortably do business again. Thank you.
