(March 8, 2019, 1:13 pm)I visited the location in Burlington to try to obtain some cabinet flap stays to replace defective ones. I dod'nt get the ladies name at the front desk, but she was very friendly and welcoming, she helped idenitify the item and made suggestions as who I could order them through as I am not a larger purchaser. I wasn't expecting to get the product directly before I went in , so this was great support.
