(November 21, 2018, 1:37 am)The staff and members at Tidal are very supportive and motivating. It was an easy switch from GoodLife to Tidal. The workouts are scaled to your individual fitness level so you don't need to worry about a workout being too intimidating or it being past your comfort level. The coaches do a great job in ensuring you're doing the movements correctly and at the right weight. Class sizes typically range from 4-8 people after 4pm. I wish I joined earlier!

(June 24, 2018, 1:36 pm)Love being part of tidal Burlington. The coaches, John, Joe, Amanda, Jeff and Autumn are supportive, knowledgeable and always engaged in the workouts. You are pushed to go beyond your perceived limit. If you are looking to be fit or to get better at exercising, then Tidal Burlington is THE place.

The programming is created and monitored by a team of people; there are coaches for gymnastics and competitive athletes, and open gym is available for whatever you'd like to do. Be prepared to grow as an athlete and push your boundaries while at this top notch CF box.
