His group training is also great because you never get bored with his routines. He has something different to offer every day. The gym itself is very nice and clean. Highly recommended!

(December 6, 2017, 3:04 am)The results I have accomplished to date are largely due to Jan's professionalism, extensive knowledge and continuous enthusiasm he brings to every class. Each workout is creative yet challenging, while placing high value on proper form, Jan motivates you to push past your perceived limitations. My muscle definition and overall energy levels have improved dramatically from when I first began participating in the group training classes just over two years ago. I recommend JV Pro Fitness without hesitation for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals!
