The communication was quick and clear, he was more professional than most are these days and his instructions and steps on what to do were very detailed and easy to follow. He never left me waiting and delivered exactly when he said he would. The appraisal was comprehensive and clear. Jeff exceeded my expectations with his service and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

(August 28, 2019, 5:18 pm)We requested a property appraisal to be done by Platinum Realty Appraisals. Jeff was fantastic to work with. He walked us through the process in detail so we knew what to expect during the assessment. He also described the report that we would be receiving. Everything worked out as he described it and we received the report on the day that he promised us. He is very professional and knowledgeable. His report is detailed and we agreed with the properties that he compared ours to as well as where he felt ours was more superior/inferior to the comparison properties. We would definitely recommend working with Jeff!

The appraisal and report was provided in a very timely manner. I have referred others to use his service. In my interaction with other appraisal companies, this company by far exceeds in service delivery. You won’t be disappointed!
