(February 9, 2021, 7:54 pm)I took part in the Comfort and Classic Virtual Cooking Class on Jan 28, 2021. The Ingredient box was well packed with everything I needed, all measured out for me. It was a lot of food too! I still have 2 servings of smoked salmon fish pie in my freezer (the veggie focaccia flatbread pizza barely made it to the end of the class though...it was so good. And now I know how to recreate it, dough and all!). I loved how Chef Jennifer and Chef Joel were a real-life chef couple, who were really down to earth and nice. They engaged with all of us in the class, which made it easier to be an active participant. it was a great way to meet other people too - we would post our creations on social media and bond over them. All in all, a very fun time - looking forward to the next one!
