In the middle of a job, found one of the parts was incorrect. technicians on site, scissor lifts rented.
Not going to be a good day.
Without exaggeration, I phoned 10 machine shops in Burlington. Five of which either only had voicemail, or an auto reception with endless extensions into the abyss. Four which I did actually manage to speak to a person told me how busy they were and how far behind they were and just didn't have time for my problem.
Then I called Bazco. Adam actually answered the phone. Took the time to listen to my situation and offered his help. With in 3 hours the crisis had been adverted.
This business, is the way business used to be. People who care and are willing to help if they can.
This company is amazing, does great quality of work, friendly and cares about the client.
Don't go anywhere else.
