Apex has created a community environment where all of their members feel valuable, celebrated and supported. I have been working with Chris in a journey that began with rehabbing my knee post ACL surgery and has continued on a path towards increased strength and overall fitness. If you haven't already, you should definitely check it out.

They invest in great trainers and equipment that really separates Apex from any other gym I have been in. 10/10 go to this gym don’t waste your time with the others they don’t compete

(December 2, 2022, 2:53 pm)Really cool place with a great community. The gym has specialty equipment and very talented trainers and rehab specialists that you can't find anywhere else in the area. Perfect for pros, sports teams, and in my case a casual gym go-er who needed help with injury rehab (I don't think I've moved this well in years). The Apex team is very knowledgeable and experienced, but also it's just a fun place to be and everyone was very welcoming. Definitely recommend!

(December 1, 2022, 12:24 pm)The club owners, management, trainers and overall leadership is exceptional. Summarising what makes the club unique is the alignment they have to be as client centric as possible while forward thinking of what’s next.
It is also quite evident that the intent of this club is for its clients to feel they belong! They are open to provide input on what’s next from a direction and growth perspective which is quite rare.
Finally, the club is growing extremely fast and while that comes with a lot of benefit, the leadership is keen on making sure it maintains if not grows its family and client like values in parallel with the at most priority given. -

I’ve been working out with Robin for almost two years now and I’ve always felt like he has been there for me through my gym career and personal life. Whether you have loads of experience in the gym or 0 at all, this is truly a family you want to join.
