  I have been travelling 50 minutes almost weekly since June of 2018 to train with the quality staff at Pilates by Bernadette; I enjoy the clam, attentive instructors, as well as the bit loud and high energy instructors! Their personalities, positive attitudes and friendliness are welcoming and really bring out the best of me during my mat and reformer classes with Jayna, and my private sessions with Bernadette. I enjoy the no nonsense structure and the hard work that is expected when you sign up; they really want you to get the best out of the classes you signed up for, and see you become your best self!
  
  Scheduling has been a challenge for Bernadette and I during my time, but not for any reason except that I too am a business owner, I live 50 mins away and Bernadette goes out of her way to accomodate me every week; and that's not easy as I have canceled due to my own illness, a flat tire on the 115 and I am sure a bad snow or ice storm this past winter. I certainly do not ask for any favors, or make up classes, or refunds when I make the choice not to attend; that is my choice and I respect that a business is needing to be run. I take responsibility and accountability for my registration, my class schedule, understanding the policies and proceedures of the business and adhearing to it. If Bernadette offers me a one time make up class or a refund, I am grateful for that and feel that is a wonderful way to continue establishing good public relations.
  
  As a business owner myself, we don't always get it right and we're genuinely sorry for that. We too have feelings, we too have family that needs tending to, we too have homes that need cleaning and maintained, we too have friends we hang out with, we too have kids we need to raise, we too take time off for ourselves, we also laugh, we also cry and we also give our clients EVERYTHING we possibly can; Bernadette at Pilates by Bernadette does it all, and I recommend her studio to everyone I know!

  I loved this place! I signed up for 6 private sessions while I was on Christmas vacation. Most of my sessions were with Bernadette and she is fun, high energy and really shows you how to do the pilates moves correctly. The studio itself has two floors and is extremely clean.
