  I used to do CrossFit prior to coming to Krosno 360, so I was concerned about being able to find a gym in Pickering that would give me a similar workout experience. Coach Tami incorporates both Olympic lifting and HIIT in all of the workouts she programs. The best past is that these workouts can be modified as needed to accommodate all fitness levels! So happy to have found my new gym family in Pickering!

  Krosno 360 will keep you coming back over and over again! From the friendly community to amazing coaching, you won’t be disappointed. The workouts are varied and challenging with absolutely no opportunity to get bored. Coach Tami is experienced and takes time to work closely with all members to ensue they are safe but challenged to help them reach their personal goals. Wayne will make sure that you recover and stay healthy with occupational and massage therapy. The gym also has a dietitian to keep your diet on track. After trying many facilities in the area, there is no comparison, Krosno 360 is the best!

  Coach Tami is one of the best I've met since my workout journey became more serious 1yr ago. She is motivating and always willing to work one on one. At Krosno 360 there is community of people who are so welcoming and supportive. I didnt know alot of the movements but they all pushed me and with coach I've come along way. I will recommend Krosno 360 fitness and recovery to a newbie or to the most experienced athlete. You always feel welcomed and included. Oh yeah and the results are ammmaaazzzzing (OG Kimy)

  I started training with Coach Tami over 2 years ago. The motivation and the other members, as well as Tami, keep me coming back. The workouts change daily and are a complete body work out. Some focus more on strength and some more on endurance but each and every class is what you make it and is suitable for everyone, no matter what your goals are, and she makes you challenge yourself to try new things every day. Krosno 360 is a fantastic place to become your best you. All the best to everyone in 2019.
