I love working out with Kim and the Floboxing crowd! A wonderfully supportive environment for women of all ages and fitness levels. Safety is first. Kim is hands on and makes any adjustments needed to prevent injury. Class content changes regularly so boredom does not occur. I cannot say enough positive things about Kim and Floboxing!

Floboxing is a game changer!! I will never go back to the hours long repetitive weight lifting sessions at the gym. No more boring cardio sessions alone on the treadmill. I’m stronger, I’m inspired and I’m motivated - that’s Floboxing!

This is an incredible workout and Kim does an amazing job pushing you to do your best in a fun way! It feels a lot easier going to workout with everyone being so supportive and encouraging of each other, no matter what level you're at!

Kim is the absolute best personal trainer/fitness instructor you could ever ask for! She is motivating, encouraging and kind! She ensures that your workouts are safe and effective!! Kim is genuine and eager to help you succeed in your wellness journey!!
