  In hindsight, I truly wish I would have listened to my family doctor, physio, massage therapist, and chiro years ago about taking up yoga. Within a few weeks of practicing at Power Yoga Canada Oshawa, my muscle tension and shortening, which was deeply systemic throughout my body, had lessened and I had improved my overall mobility and flexibility as well. Feeling better physically was a massive improvement for me after suffering through a lot of pain and discomfort from punishing my body with weight training and sports over the years as well the day-to-day stress of working 70-80 hours per week. The physical benefits aside, mentally I was rejuvenated and I felt more balanced in my life, a benefit I didn't necessarily expect.
  
  One of the things I love the most about practicing at Power Yoga Canada Oshawa is there were no judgement from anyone. From the beginning, the staff were incredibly nice and I was made to feel comfortable immediately and it didn't take long for me to make practicing yoga a constant in my life that continues to bring positive outcomes both physically and mentally. Based on my amazing experience at Power Yoga Canada Oshawa, I would strongly encourage people to take up their yoga practice there

  I absolutely love PYC Oshawa! This is my second month going to the studio and I have already noticed such a change in myself physically but also mentally. When entering, you are always welcomed with a friendly smile. The Deep Flow classes are my favourite. I look forward to every class I attend.

  THIS PLACE has changed my life! I started here 4 years ago and wow what an amazing community. The energy of this space is felt the moment you walk in. I have been teaching here for the last 3 years now and it's my second home. There is nowhere like it! Come check out the amazing teaching and energy exchange staff. You will not only gain strength and flexibility in your practice but you will make some connections that last a lifetime
