I ordered the wrong size pad. When I called company to inquire if they were interchangeable they advised weren't so they are sending me the correct ones with a bill for the difference in cost and the postage. Jeff, the salesperson advised he would trust that I am sending the incorrect ones back to them. This is incredible customer service.
