Excellent and professional service. Talked to Brent on the phone, and he sent out Brent and his crew, within the hour. The price was confirmed on the phone, and was reasonable. They repaired our door, adjusted it, and greased it and it's working again. They replaced a support strut that broke accidentally. I recommend them.

After a very unfortunate accident, my car ended up reversing through my garage door and caused a complete disaster. It left my garage door in 4 mangled pieces and still hanging from the frame quite dangerously. We had used Eastern before to come and install a pre-purchased door and Brent did a terrific job installing it. Fast, value for money and reliable so we kept his number. 6 years later we still have it and after speaking to a lovely lady when I called in a panic today she asked a few basic questions and gave me 2 prices one for a door and install and one for an install only. When my husband called back we were told could be 4 weeks 😮 After purchasing plywood to board it up, Brent turns up within 15 mins and looks at our dilemma and says give me another 15. He calls us in less than that to tell us he can get an employee out today with a new door at a fantastic price. Matthew arrived alone and in just over an hour he had dismantled our mangled door, had it loaded on his truck and the new one fitted working smoother than ever before. Kudos Matthew! You were a delight to deal with, knew your stuff and turned my disastrous start of a day into a better afternoon. Wish you could fix car doors as fast as garage doors as I have one that still needs sorting!😉 Brent, you were great. Your office staff were spot on and your customer service is 5 star.
