Was able to secure a result that was above and beyond our expectations and even managed to recoup an amount that was considered lost. I tried my hand at the LTB and failed miserably. My dishonest, scheming "professional tenants" knew the system like the back of their hand and used it to their advantage.
Through a reference I chose to hire Reder Paralegal and got Carrie Aylwin as my representation at the LTB the second time around with the same tenants.
Carrie Aywin made the WORLD of a difference. She knows the RTA better than any deadbeat tenant and she got my eviction promptly and diplomatically. She was honest, straight to the point and helped me prepare in all aspects. She was always available, professional, and knowledgeable.
