After every appointment I go home and soak in the bath and sleep like a baby, she's amazing!! -

She was very thorough with her assessment of my needs and within a couple treatments, I saw a noticeable improvement especially in my sleep which has been an issue for me for years. Ashley also offers body work after each treatment which make a great acupuncture session even more relaxing! If you’re looking for a practitioner that cares as much about your healing as you do, you need to book with Ashley!

(March 25, 2022, 10:35 am)My experience at Haven has been excellent at each visit. Most of the time I keep waiting for my appointment. Started visiting last year and before that never knew the advantages of Acupuncture.
After my visit I feel very energized and fresh.
I see Ashley, and before starting the treatment, she likes to discuss the issues and accordingly decides the best process for treatment.
Cupping is another reason for visit to the place bcoz of its know advantages over to the actual massage.
I would definitely recommend visiting Haven and speaking with Ashley and benefit from Acupuncture.
Place is located very near to Costco Oshawa, parking is available and it is on the public transit route. I can guarantee, the moment you enter the facility, you will start feeling happy. -

I've noticed an incredible difference in my health since starting acupuncture treatments with Ashley. I used to be so scared and unsure of acupuncture because of the fear of needles, but she's so gentle. I don't even notice the needles! I highly recommend Ashley!!
